6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to support@silverhavenhub.com. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
We understand that emergencies happen, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.
7. Refund Policy
Silver Haven Spa aims to deliver a high standard of service at all times. Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 7 days in advance.

Partial refunds (up to 50%) may be provided for cancellations made between 3–7 days before the scheduled appointment.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service or for no-shows.

In the case of dissatisfaction with the service, refund requests must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of the visit. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
8. Service Disclaimer
Silver Haven Spa provides wellness and rehabilitation services intended to promote physical and mental well-being. However, we do not provide hospital-grade medical treatments or emergency care. Our services are not intended to replace professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription.
Clients are responsible for disclosing their medical history, allergies, and any health conditions before using our services. We are not liable for any adverse reactions or incidents resulting from the failure to disclose relevant information.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose condition may pose a risk to themselves, other residents, or our staff.
